Here's our team

Pastors Victor and Michele Norfus are the founding leaders of Light City Church, carrying a vision for church planting that began in 2019. Together, they bring over a decade and a half of diverse ministry experience, a deep love for the Youngstown region, and a passion for helping people discover their divine identity and worth.

When they aren't serving the church, Victor is a Middle School Choir teacher at Struthers Middle, and Michele works for the Social Security Administration. They have been happily married for 10 years and are the proud parents of three incredible kids, Ezra, Nya and Elya.
